Chocolate Banana Gluten Free Pancakes

A weekend brunch staple, made from just three ingredients, these delicious pancakes couldn’t be easier!


  • 2 x ripe bananas
  • 2 x eggs
  • 50g chocolate buttons


      1. Mash the bananas
      2. Beat in the eggs
      3. Chop the chocolate buttons into small pieces and fold into the wet ingredients
      4. Heat a little oil in a frying pan
      5. Using half the batter, spoon two pancakes into the pan, cook for 1-2 minutes on each side and turn onto a plate
      6. Repeat the process with the other half of the batter to make two more pancakes
      7. Drizzle with maple syrup to serve
