What's in the box?
Four craft chocolate bars each month, chosen by our team and sourced directly from makers around the world. You'll never get the same bar twice on our mixed and dark boxes. Mixed boxes are usually three dark and one milk; dark, milk and 100% boxes are four bars of your chosen type. Every box is worth more than you pay — the bars would cost you more bought individually.
How much is it?
£28.95 a month, plus postage. You're charged on the 12th of each month and your box ships in the third full week.
Can I get it less often, pause it, or cancel?
Yes to all three. Email [email protected] and we'll switch you to every other month, pause you for as long as you need, or cancel. Just tell us before the 10th so we can stop that month's box in time. If you joined with a first-box discount, your subscription runs for three boxes before you can cancel.
When will I get my first box?
Your first box goes out the next working day. After that, all boxes ship in the third full week of the month — so depending on when you join, there may be a longer gap between your first and second box.
Can I choose the type of chocolate?
Yes. Choose mixed, dark only, milk only, or 100%. Dark and 100% boxes are both dairy-free.
Are the bars free from allergens?
Milk and mixed boxes contain dairy. Our dark and 100% boxes don't list milk, gluten or nuts as ingredients, but most bars carry a "may contain traces" warning because makers handle those ingredients in the same factory. We audit every bar we stock annually for ingredients and the 14 main allergens — if you need to check a specific bar, email us and we'll tell you.
Can I buy it as a gift?
Yes. Choose "It's for someone else" when you build your subscription. You can prepay for 3, 6 or 12 months, add a gift message before checkout, and if you don't have their address you can send a digital voucher by email instead — they activate it themselves and choose their own chocolate.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Email [email protected] with your order number, a description and a photo, and we'll sort it. If the fault's ours, you'll have a full refund or replacement within 7 days.
