Description
Askinosie teamed up with real life sisters and the duo behind ABeautifulMess blog, Elsie Larson and Emma Chapman, to create this wonderful bar.
The philosophy of ABeautifulMess is that of a women’s lifestyle company focused on creating happiness every day through a homemade lifestyle.
This collaBARation marks a departure for Askinosie as it is the first time it has collaborated with a blog to create a bar.
The entire ABM team was involved in selecting the final flavour for this bar, and spent an afternoon in the Askinosie chocolate workshop making some of their chocolate bars with the Askinosie team. “We got to temper the chocolate, pour it into molds, and add the toasted coconut to the top” said Chapman. “Then we unmolded a few and even got to take some home. It was a total blast!”
A fun, sweet bar for the coconuts out there. The honey and red berries from the Tanzanian chocolate are are subtly enhanced by coconut sugar. Pieces of toasted coconut cover the rich dark chocolate. The sweet tropical crunch is the perfect accompaniment to the melt-in-your mouth, buttery dark chocolate.
This bar is certified kosher and gluten free.
