A most unusual dark goat milk chocolate bar, made with goats milk and fleur de sel. Made with 62% dark milk chocolate – 54% cocoa liquor and 8% cocoa butter – with cocoa beans sourced directly from farmers in Davao, Philippines.
The goats milk gives the bar a distinctive tang, while the fleur de sel ensures that this bar is very, very hard to resist.
This bar is certified kosher, organic and gluten free.

This is one of my favourite bars so far. It is intense and citrusy, I was expecting the goat milk to be more overwhelming, but on the contrary it is a very well balanced and flavourful bar. Only problem is that it is so hard to eat just one piece, it is so addictive!
