ABOUT THE BAR
A creamy and smooth 40% milk bar with whole, salty almonds. To make these special almonds, Bean & Goose soak the nuts in a saline solution with Oriel sea salt, the only non-oxidised mineral sea salt on the planet, which has a uniquely smooth taste profile. After soaking, the nuts are gently roasted in a low oven to make them slightly crispy. Mmm.
ABOUT THE MAKER
In 2013, sisters Karen and Natalie Keane attended a course run by the well-known French chocolatier, Benoit Lorge in Kenmare, Ireland. Little did they know, this course would prove the catalyst to transform them into premium chocolate makers. Now based in the Wexford countryside of Ireland, Karen and Natalie strive to create thoughtfully-made chocolate and source sustainable raw ingredients, many of which originate from Ireland itself.
