This smooth dark chocolate bar features whole cherries infused in apple cider vinegar. The organic sour cherries are infused with raw, unpasteurised and unfiltered Organic Balsamic Cider Vinegar, made fresh from orchards in Kilkenny, Ireland.
ABOUT THE MAKER
In 2013, sisters Karen and Natalie Keane attended a course run by the well-known French chocolatier, Benoit Lorge in Kenmare, Ireland. Little did they know, this course would prove the catalyst to transform them into premium chocolate makers. Now based in the Wexford countryside of Ireland, Karen and Natalie strive to create thoughtfully-made chocolate and source sustainable raw ingredients, many of which originate from Ireland itself.
