Inspired by the unforgettable taste of citrusy coffee and spice during their travels, this smooth dark bar features notes of bright & citrusy coffee with hints of freshly ground cardamom. Sourced from speciality coffee roasters in Dublin, the coffee can be fully traced back to a single estate in Nicaragua.
ABOUT THE MAKER
In 2013, sisters Karen and Natalie Keane attended a course run by the well-known French chocolatier, Benoit Lorge in Kenmare, Ireland. Little did they know, this course would prove the catalyst to transform them into premium chocolate makers. Now based in the Wexford countryside of Ireland, Karen and Natalie strive to create thoughtfully-made chocolate and source sustainable raw ingredients, many of which originate from Ireland itself.
