Crafted in Sheffield, bar blends mixed fruits, berries and sweetness to give a jammy flavour, balanced by a fresh acidity. A crisp and sharp finish completes the tasting experience.
Max of Bullion Chocolate has used cacao grown by farmers around Laguna Lachuá in the Alta Verapaz department of Guatemala. The Cacao Verapaz association works with three small smallholder farmers associations in the region to provide technical and market support to farmers.
Bullion’s No3 bar is a fruity dark chocolate using beans from Guatemalan cocoa beans.
