    This bar gets its distinctive complexity from its Hispaniola Criollo cacao beans, which have been fermented for longer than usual. This chocolate has a delectably smooth texture and full roasted flavour, which develops as it melts into a smokey, almost tabacco-like richness.

    However, the end notes have an almost raw astringency. A bitter zing to keep you interested.
