About the Bar
This chocolate bar is crafted from Peruvian dark chocolate. The cacao nibs folded in are a native variant from Bertil Akesson’s Fazenda Sempre Firme plantation in Bahia, eastern Brazil. Chocolarder lightly caramelise the nibs to preserve the flavour and texture.
This deep dark chocolate delivers red fruit and hazelnut flavours with a great crunch of cacao nibs. The cinnamon adds a warming touch.
