Taste is amazing with subtle notes. It’s got a chalky texture, not that I mind.
Even better than the taste though is the design of the box and bar. I know that’s not exactly the metric used when choosing chocolate, but it merited praise.

WOW. this is amazing. I try many bars, as much as possible actually, and this one is superb.

This, for me being new to 100% chocolate bars, was quite intense and astringent. I found it difficult to pick up anything but the big hit of cocoa. It has quite a creamy/chalky texture which was new to me and a bit difficult to eat at first, but it grew on me. Maybe a bit tough for someone new to 100%, but if you like that kind of thing it might be just right for you. Definitely one to be eaten in small quantities at a time, the way dark chocolate should be. I’ve re-ordered it.
