    This month we are collaborating with Tom Dixon, exploring the link between craft chocolate and the involvement of the human senses. Throughout the evening we’ll experiment with your perception of taste through the means of all your senses. During these sessions, we’ll be joined by professor Barry Smith (philosopher at the Institute of Philosophy and co-director of the Centre for the Study of the Senses). Barry Smith will exercise and explain the science behind his taste and sensation experiments.
