Unfortunately this bar is no longer available in our Library. Please see below for four bars that we think you will enjoy.

A special creation from Damson, named in honour of its Islington store and workshop space.

A relatively low percentage dark, this is a light chocolate perfect for those who prefer something a little sweeter. Damson’s Dom Ramsey has blended Trinidadian beans from the Robson Estate with Madagascan cacao. The berries and delicate fruits of the two origins mix together to create a fabulously fruity chocolate.

Damson’s Trinidadian beans have a more fresh and floral profile compared to the darker roasted notes of the Madagascan beans. Rather than a clash of contrasting flavours, this blend has a gentle and mellow taste. Subtle and approachable we think this bar will appeal to milk and dark chocolate lovers alike.

Damson chocolate is located on Chapel Market in Angel Islington. There you can buy and try all of Damson’s delicious bars as well as a selection of other craft chocolate bars thanks to the Cocoa Runners chocolate library display. And behind this craft chocolate heaven, is Damon’s craft chocolate factory space where their carefully selected beans are transformed into delicious chocolate.

Dom Ramsey, Damson’s founder was also a founding team member at Cocoa Runners! A well-respected chocolate blogger, he has over 10 years of experience in craft chocolate and we are truly over the moon to have his delicious bars on site.
