With its astringent flavour and deep earthy notes this is not one for the fainthearted.  The initial intensity develops to give a green, roasted finished.  It’s an incredibly intense and powerful bar that is sure to please who crave the ultimate chocolate experience.

This bar achieved a Bronze at the Academy of Chocolate Awards 2017.

    Very good, altough not as bitter or intense as other 100% bars, I would definitely recommended it. Texture is very nice and smooth.
