Arnaud source the beans for this Ba Lai bar in the province of Ben Tre, 85 kilometres to the south of Saigon. Appropriate for a province famed for its fruit (coconuts, loganberries, durian and jackfruit) these beans have fruit in abundance, starting with citrus and then developing more red fruit notes.
