Based in Woodstock in the USA, Ethereal handcraft their chocolate to create delights which truly live up to their brand name. They have spent time cultivating relationships with the farmers – based mainly in Central and South America – who they source their beans from, which means that every bar really is made with love and care. Their philosophy centres around the idea of food as belonging in the heart of our interpersonal relationships; they believe it should bring people together – and chocolate is no exception. So, Ethereal’s bars are best enjoyed with those you love (but we won’t tell if you decide to keep this one for yourself).
