In the 60’s Woodstock was visited for its famous music festivals. Today there is another great reason to visit the area – chocolate. Bryan Graham and his team at Fruition source much of the cocoa for their bars from a small organic co-operative in Peru. Dealing directly gives the farmers a better price and Fruition more control over how the beans are treated.
Underneath the elegant packaging is an equally attractive bar with an intense and punchy flavour we that we just love. Look out for fruity, roasted and floral flavour notes with a touch of spicy pink peppercorn.

Raisins, wine, and and rum with warm spices and an astringent dry finish. Powerful stuff but all the more delicious for it.

Strong raisin tones, very intense chocolate, quite floral. Brilliant if you like punchy, powerful chocolate

Very distinctive: such a strong dried fruit note that my first thought was of Christmas pudding! None the worse for that, and an interesting contrast to more “standard” chocolate flavours.

Very ineresting taste, intense as it is dark but has a kick from the fruity flavour associated to it! i enjoyed it but not my favorite yet
