Roduits Des Iles SA (PISA) is a new exporter of cacao beans from Haiti and works with over 1,500 small farmers. PISA has set itself the goal of increasing the quality of the cocoa, thereby enabling farmers to earn a higher income.
Georgia Ramon puts sustainability at its core. Ingredients are often organic and always carefully sourced. The beans either come directly from plantation owners and cooperatives or from merchants that Georg has come to know and trust inside the industry.
This dark milk chocolate is rich in flavour with an intense milk and deep cocoa flavour. The texture is biscuit-like, and yet the bar gives an ever so enigmatic creamy mouthfeel.
