Jordi’s 45% Milk
Jordi’s was Czech Republic’s first bean to bar chocolate maker, launching in 2012 and since has experienced rapid growth. Jordi’s first started making its chocolate in Hradec Kralove, a small but humble workshop space. With Jordi’s in need of introducing ‘conching’ to its craft chocolate process, the chocolate maker moved to a much larger space in Trebechovice pod Orebem. With the conche, Jordi’s chocolate is smooth in texture and rounded in flavour.
This milk chocolate bar is 45% cocoa solids and has a creamy flavour with notes of cinnamon and vanilla. When opening the bar, it is delicate and feels quite the luxury to break.

Beautiful packaging and bar design. This is a nice sweet and creamy milk chocolate, it does taste very vanillaey and has a nice spicy hint.
