ABOUT THE MAKER
Jordi’s Chocolate is the Czech Republic’s only bean-to-bar chocolate maker. While it started making chocolate from only Ecuadorian beans, it has since diversified, and today makes bars with cacao from a number of origins. After branching into different cocoa origins, Jordi’s Chocolate now holds a collection of single estate bars from Vietnam, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, and now Madagascar.
Jordi’s Chocolate Library is ever expanding. Their single origin bars are more of a classic approach to chocolate, however they often explore more complex flavour profiles, with this unique goat’s milk bar being a great example.
