Manufaktura Czekolady are Poland’s first (and to date only) single origin, artisan chocolate maker. Through their range of single origin bars, founders Christopher Stypułkowski and Thomas Sienkiewicz tell a chocolate story about the flavours of different regions and about how chocolate is made. Their bars are produced by hand in Poland, in a traditional way you might have seen 150 years ago.
A decidedly savoury chocolate bar. As you unwrap this stylish bar you’re met with green aromas. The earthy flavours develop as the chocolate melts on the tongue. And beneath the surface of the coarse, almost crumbly bar you’ll find subtle hints of root vegetables – we found hints of parsnips and roasted carrots.
