Manufaktura Czekolady are Poland’s first single origin, artisan chocolate maker. Through its range of single origin bars, founders Christopher Stypułkowski and Thomas Sienkiewicz tell a chocolate story about the flavours of different regions and about how chocolate is made. Manufaktura Czekolady bars are produced by hand in Poland, in a traditional way you might have seen 150 years ago.
This 44% milk chocolate bar is crafted from cocoa beans harvested in the Venezuelan town of Yaguaraparo. There is a surprising twist with the addition of Polish butter, or “masło”, in the form of clarified butter. This bar had been introduced for Manufaktura Czekolady’s ‘Taste Poland’ or rather “Smak Polski” range.
On taste, this chocolate is creamy in texture with a rich flavour. Expect notes of toffee, speculoos, and a foremost rich butter flavour. This bar carries you to the luscious Polish mountains and countryside to enjoy this country-style butter chocolate.
