Speculoos are crunchy cinnamon & ginger biscuits, and this bar perfectly recreates the flavour and texture of the classic recipe.
Small biscuit pieces in the chocolate give a wonderfully crunchy, biscuity texture, but it’s the flavour that makes it so incredibly moreish. The deliciously warming cinnamon and ginger work perfectly with the 45% milk chocolate, and stay with you long after the chocolate has melted. Irresistible for those who like a little spice.

Being a lover of both Michel Cluizel’s original Grand Lait and of cinnamon, I was sure I would like this bar and I wasn’t wrong. The combined milkiness and gentle spiciness of the cinnamon along with the crunchy pieces of biscuit and caramel creates a chocolate very satisfying for any sweet craving, so this will be perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. There are also tones of cappuccino and salted caramel, and overall makes for quite a Christmassy flavour. It can get a tad bit too creamy, apart from that it is a nice little bar.
