Pure cacao nibs made using Arriba cocoa from the Guantupi River in Ecuador. These nibs contain no additives or preservatives, a perfect pick me up during (or after) a long hard day.
Produced by Pump Street Bakery in Orford, who clean, roast, crack and then winnow the nibs. By roasting the beans at the perfect temperature for just the right amount of time, the beautiful flavours of the Ecuadorian cacao. Intense and a little earthy, be warned theses nibs are highly addictive.
Alternatively they are ideal for cooking and baking with, giving your creation a delicious cocoa crunch. We recommend using as a crunchy topping to homemade brownies an flapjacks. Or start your day with a cocoa boost by sprinkling a handful on top of your morning bowl of porridge.
