This wonderful bar is a rosy, light coloured dark chocolate with a smooth creamy mouthfeel.  Expect aromas of peach and apricot that melt into a rich cocoa flavour. There is added leatheriness and balanced astringency in this limited edition chocolate.


After a long and successful career at IBM, international jet-setter Chris Brennan briefly retired before deciding to pioneer the making of sourdough and other breads in his idyllic countryside bakery in Orford, Suffolk. About a decade later, he and his daughter Joanna decided to delve into crafting award-winning chocolate in their eponymous bakery situated on Pump Street, and have won numerous awards for both their chocolates and their innovative packaging.

    Really good. Very complex. Starts with one flavor and continues to tell a few stories. First bite was olives, woody, coffee. Then I got nut but I couldn’t decide between walnut and hazelnut Marcona almonds? Complex bar
