Husband and wife team, Zsolt Szabad and Katalin Csiszar started Rózsavölgyi Csokoládé in Budapest in 2004. Zsolt’s background as a nengineer and Katalin’s as a graphic designer has resulted in the perfect team to produce chocolate bars that are both beautiful and expertly made.
Rózsavölgyi’s bars are moulded to look like a traditional fireplace tile and beautifully placed within an equally decorative box.
This bar is the epitome of the ‘bliss point’ in chocolate. It’s a delectable balance of sweetness, cocoa butter (fat) and salt. Expect to find this bar a tough one to put down after the first bite – in which case we might suggest serving with a black coffee.
