Made in Lima, Peru this bar combines two of Peru’s super foods – cocoa beans and chia seeds.
The slightly coarse and grainy but still creamy bar is peppered with chia seeds, giving the bar a gentle nutty note without masking the natural flavour of the beans. The deep earthy flavour of the dark chocolate is rich but with none of the fruit you might expect from a Peruvian bar.
