Made in Lima, Peru this bar combines two of Peru’s super foods – cocoa beans and sacha inchi. Sacha inchi, or the ‘peanuts of the Incas’ is a nut native to the Andes, and naturally high in protein and Omega 3, 6, 9.

The bar has an unusual texture – a little grainy but still creamy. The large chunks of shacha inchi pepper the thick bar, providing a pleasantly crunchy contrast to the rich dark chocolate. The sacha inchi’s roasted, nutty flavour compliments the deep earthy flavours of the chocolate.  The toasted crunch of the nuts give way to a long cooling finish.
