Made in Lima, Peru using beans from the near the Tingo Maria National Park in Central.
The bar has an unusual texture – thick and a little grainy but still creamy. The initially rich aroma blends with earthy flavours that are not at all green or vegetal, but more like chocolate soil. Cooler, menthol notes linger on the tongue, along with the faintest hint of warm pepper.
