Description
TASTING NOTES
This dark bar, made from Peruvian beans from the Piura Valley, has a fruity floral profile with bright notes of honey.
ABOUT THE MAKER
Iris and Bob began experimenting with chocolate in 2008, after feeling distinctly underwhelmed by their search for vegan white chocolate. Now they’ve developed a wide range of white, milk, and dark bars, all of them vegan, and all of them created out of their beautiful off-the-grid 1650s cottage in Dorset, UK.
THE BEANS
The Gran Chililique beans grow on the hills around Chililique, Piura. This cacao benefits from its favourable climate conditions. The producers of this fine flavour cacao are all smallholder famers that live and cultivate cacao around this community, located in the District of Chulucanas, Piura.

Hands down the absolute best chocolate I have ever tasted. Don’t chew it, just let it melt on your tongue. You will not be disappointed. Stupidly expensive though, so I only treat myself once a year!

Nice dark chocolate, a little less creamy than what I tend to like
