This includes BOHO’s unique Potato Chip milk chocolate crafted in the U.S, the creamy and complex 70% Esmeraldas bar crafted by Goodnow Farms, and the Kefir (traditional fermented yogurt) bar crafted in Lithuania by Naive!

    This collection features three craft chocolate bars as featured on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch on Sunday 13th September 2020.

    In this collection you can discover three single-origin chocolate bars tasted on the TV show by Spencer with Simon Rimmer, Tim Lovejoy and guests. These three bars have all been crafted from the highest quality ingredients by skilled artisan chocolate makers. From milk to dark, these are all exceptional chocolates.

    Taste and compare the chocolate bars and you’ll be amazed at how different dark, milk and white chocolates can taste.

    Tasting Notes of the Bars

    First up we have BOHO’s unique milk chocolate bar with potato chips. Believe it or not, the smooth creaminess of the milk chocolate combines beautifully with the salt and delicate crunch of the potato chips. The contrast in texture and the balance in flavour make for an extremely enjoyable bar, unlike anything else we’ve tried before.

    Next we have a dark chocolate from Goodnow Farms Chocolate. When we tasted this bar we thought it was relatively delicate in flavour – possibly due to a light roast. This dark chocolate bar has an almost mineral-like quality, with some berry jam-like notes up front before a nutty finish.

    And finally we have this special bar from Lithuanian maker Naive. This 50% milk chocolate is made from Lithuanian kefir, a traditional fermented yoghurt, and combines hints of mixed fruits with a deeper undertone. At first, strawberry notes blend with double cream, before more chocolatey notes develop along with sweet hints of mushroom and, finally, a little touch of lemon.
