Description
We’re celebrating the start of Spring with this collection of our most spring-like bars which we have tasted on Sunday Brunch!
Each bar is bursting with flavour and interesting textures, sweet and nutty, refreshingly tangy or intriguingly crunchy.
Inside this box:
Chocolarder – Caramelised Blonde, Ghana 40%
Chocolarder’s mature take on a childhood favourite – the caramelisation of the Ghanaian cocoa gives rise to notes of biscuit, caramel, and sweet shortbread. Truly Ghana Gold from the Asokwa cooperative.
Puchero, Paquibato, Philipines, with Nibs 75%
This rich 75% dark bar is bursting with notes of fresh fruit, yellow and tropical fruits, ripe berries and citrus. To enhance these spring-like flavours, Puchero have added nibs from the same origin cacao, a gentle sprinkle to add clarity to those refreshing notes.
Taza – Mexicano Cacao Puro
These disks are made of 70% single origin Dominican dark chocolate, bursting with bold, wine-like flavour, accompanied by Taza’s signature gritty texture. Taza tell us that this is the “purest expression” of their proudly unrefined chocolate. We enjoyed the delicious, fruity notes. This is an unusual chocolate that is very easy to munch!
Enjoy with family and friends or gift as an Easter present!
