With Japan being a country seldom associated with chocolate, surprisingly, it is also a country that has over 130 chocolate makers.

This 70% dark chocolate has a fruity acidity and gentle astringency – reminiscent of prunes – as the chocolate melts. The pleasant acidity continues as a finish.
