A very complex and intense chocolate - at first I was surprised by the rich smell and incredible range of flavors. It has all the aromas you can find in the air of Indonesian islands. It is fruity, lightly astringent; instead of "caramel notes" I found the same sweetness of coconut nectar, well balanced by the bitterness. Smooth texture and a pleasant, long aftertaste.
