To recognise the amazing role of women in craft chocolate we have collected 3 bars to represent women’s research contribution. The beans produced at Betulia plantation in Colombia have a fine tuned process. With expert help from leading researcher, Zoi Papalexandratou, she has developed a fantastic growing and fermenting process which highlights the beans flavour and taste profile.
