Three guided boxes, designed to introduce, and explore, craft chocolate — award winning bars, clear tasting notes, and loads of fun
Some ideas
Complement a meal. Open a couple of bars after, or even instead of, pudding.
Share with someone. Share a square and find out why, and how, everyone tastes differently.
Pair it. Coffee, wine, tea, beer, whisky, etc .. see if 1+1 can make 5
Four carefully chosen bars
Selected to show contrast, not repetition.
Tasting notes for each bar
Short notes on the bar, maker, beans, and what to expect.
The Flavour Wave
A simple guide to help put words to the flavours and sensations you notice.
A clear next step
When you’re ready to keep exploring, we’ll help you decide where to go next.
Craft chocolate can be overwhelming at first because there’s so much range. These boxes are designed to make that first step easy — carefully chosen bars that show contrast quickly, so you can start working out what you enjoy and where you might want to go next.

Why try craft chocolate?
Most supermarket chocolate is designed to taste consistent, cost less to produce, and last as long as possible on shelves.
That often means lower percentage and lower quality cocoa, excessive sugar, palm oil, emulsifiers, and heavy processing that strips away much of what makes chocolate interesting in the first place.
Craft chocolate makers take the opposite approach.
They work with better beans, simpler ingredients, and smaller batch production to bring out the natural flavour of the cacao itself — whether that’s bright and fruit-led, deep and nutty, or rich and creamy.
The result is chocolate with far more character, variation, depth and health benefits than most people realise.
And the fastest way to understand that difference is to taste the bars side by side.
