Chocolate Banana Gluten Free Pancakes

A weekend brunch staple, made from just three ingredients, these delicious pancakes couldn’t be easier!

- Step 1Mash the bananas
- Step 2Beat in the eggs
- Step 3Chop the chocolate buttons into small pieces and fold into the wet ingredients
- Step 4Heat a little oil in a frying pan
- Step 5Using half the batter, spoon two pancakes into the pan, cook for 1-2 minutes on each side and turn onto a plate
- Step 6Repeat the process with the other half of the batter to make two more pancakes
- Step 7Drizzle with maple syrup to serve
