Chocolate Banana Gluten Free Pancakes

A weekend brunch staple, made from just three ingredients, these delicious pancakes couldn’t be easier!

Method

  • Step 1Mash the bananas
  • Step 2Beat in the eggs
  • Step 3Chop the chocolate buttons into small pieces and fold into the wet ingredients
  • Step 4Heat a little oil in a frying pan
  • Step 5Using half the batter, spoon two pancakes into the pan, cook for 1-2 minutes on each side and turn onto a plate
  • Step 6Repeat the process with the other half of the batter to make two more pancakes
  • Step 7Drizzle with maple syrup to serve
