It’s that time of year again… the results for the 2025 Academy of Chocolate Awards have been released, and a handful of our makers have scored big. We’ve put together this collection of dark, milk, and inclusion chocolate bars, ranging from bronze to gold awards, so you can try them for yourself!

Silver: Pump Street Chocolate – Sourdough and Sea Salt, Dark 66%

Sourdough is an intriguing inclusion. It gives the chocolate a gentle crunch and pleasant yeasty taste that works incredibly well with the salt. This sourdough bar surpassed our expectations and is one of the most moreish bars in the Pump Street range.

Silver: Fjak – Brown Cheese, Haiti, Milk 45%

This is a round, creamy milk chocolate with a crunch of Norwegian goat cheese from Undredal Stølsysteri & Nordic salt from North Sea Salt Works.

Silver: Feitoria do Cacao – Chantaburi, Thailand, Dark 70%

This award-winning 72% dark bar from Feitoria do Cacao is spicy and aromatic with stone fruit like apricot and plums. The bar then develops into a clean acidity with hints of green apple and grapefruit.

Silver: Bare Bones – Dominican 68% Dark with Salt

A balanced, nutty aroma greets this Dominican chocolate, with flavour notes of salted caramel and roasted hazelnuts. Salt from renowned salt producer Maldon brings out the natural sweetness of the cocoa, making this a bar you won’t want to put down.
