ChocoMe – Chuao, Venezuela 100%

This smooth Venezuelan 100% bar from ChocoMe won Bronze at the Academy of Chocolate Awards 2025. It has intense cocoa notes complemented by dried fruits, spices, and delicate floral undertones. We think that this bar has great length with a long, clean finish.

Standout – Maya Mountain, Belize, 100%

This Standout bar won 2 stars at the Great Taste Awards 2025. This intense 100% bar has notes of summer berries, olive oil, almonds and citrus, as well as an indulgent chocolate brownie flavour and and buttery finish.

Heinde & Verre – Hacienda Victoria, Ecuador 100%

This bar won Silver at the Academy of Chocolate Awards 2024. For this 100%, Dutch makers Heinde & Verre have selected the highest ASSPS quality cacao grade of Ecuador, making for an unblemished selection of perfectly fermented beans. The bar is smooth, with tasting notes of walnut, coffee, herbs, and rich chocolate brownie.

Jordi’s – STO Dark 100%

This bar won Bronze at the Academy of Chocolate Awards 2024. The flavour of this powerful bar is dominated by an intense astringency.
