Friis Holm – O’Payo, Nicaragua Milk 50%

This milk chocolate bar has been crafted using a blend of Nicaraguan beans from a co-operative in Waslala, in the nature reserve in the mountains of northeastern Nicaragua.

Beaningful – Urubamba, Peru Dark 70%

This is a powerful, fruity 70% dark bar from Beaningful, with notes of peach, raspberry and passionfruit. The fragrances of delicate florals like blossom, rose and violet make this the perfect bar to enjoy over the summer months.

Bonnat – Trinité, Dark 75%

This indulgently thick bar is beyond satisfying to bite into. The characteristically smooth texture we expect from Bonnat melts into a chocolatey, and almost astringent flavour, with notes of sour cherry at the finish.

Naive – Las Trincheras, Carabobo, Venezuela, Dark Milk 55%

This is a fairly light 55% dark milk bar from Naive, with tasting notes of pine and citrus.
