Their processes create unique flavour fingerprints; whether that be with water, grain, and yeast, or cocoa beans, cocoa butter, and sugar. Both Scotch whisky and the craft chocolate movement are particularly interested in the sourcing of their ingredients, as well as the cultural significance that they carry.
