Choco Del Sol – Maya Mountain, Belize, Dark Milk 55%

Fine milk chocolate with a twist; a higher proportion of freshly roasted cocoa makes these bars much darker than conventional milk chocolate without being bitter. A pleasurable experience for those with a sweet tooth looking for softer cocoa flavour.

Chocolarder – Wild Gorse Flower, Milk 50%

This milk bar has a profile full of nutty caramel and malted hints. An unusual inclusion gives mutedly heathery floral notes, and unmistakable aroma of coconut.  The not quite smooth chocolate has an almost fudge-like texture, melting quickly on the tongue. This creation is a rich but palatable summery bar that is difficult to resist.

Zotter – Butter Caramel Bar

A consistent award-winner, this bar from Zotter combines chewy caramel with a lightly roasted almond praline and a crunchy caramel crisp, all surrounded by succulent 50% milk chocolate.

Firetree – Karkar Island, Papua New Guinea, Dark 72%

This dark chocolate’s flavour is rich in cocoa, with an interesting dairy note to it akin to ganache or chocolate pudding. This bar had won our hearts right away on first taste.
