What’s Included?

Pump Street – Gibassier, West Papua, Dark 62%

The flavours of one of Pump Street’s classic bakes, the Gibassier, shine in this bar. The dark 62% chocolate is combined with sourdough breadcrumbs and aniseed, which is ground into the base chocolate. Orange peel has also been added for bright notes of citrus.

Zotter – Strawberry Bunny

A sweet Easter treat from Zotter, with a fresh berry and yogurt twist.

Pump Street – Pain Aux Amandes, Togo, Milk 38% 

This bar encapsulates the flavour of almond croissant in a milk chocolate. Pump Street have added a crisp croissant crumb, and toasted flaked almonds with a buttery crunch. A croissant crumb is ground into the base chocolate, and ground toasted flaked almonds are added for the finishing touch.

Latitude – Dark 72% with Vanilla and Sesame

This creamy 72% dark bar is nothing short of delightful. With notes of bold cherries and dried fruit, the chocolate is elevated by the addition of locally-grown vanilla and sesame.

Bare Bones – XOCO, Honduras, Dark Milk 55%

A fantastic dark milk bar with highs of raisins and creamy fudge, against a backdrop of milky sweetness.

Choco Del Sol – Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania, Trail Mix Dark Milk 50%

Choco Del Sol have chosen a classic inclusion for their delicious dark milk bar, with dried fruit, nuts and cocoa nibs.

Chocolarder – Öko Caribe, Brown Butter Milk 60%

This 60% Brown Butter milk chocolate revels in coconut, rich, buttery shortbread and sherbet pear-drops. The browned butter flavour is distinct during melt, and the finish lingers a fresh, Cornish vanilla ice cream flavour. The texture of this bar is slightly coarse, signature of Chocolarder’s rustic style.

Firetree – Sambirano Valley, Madagascar 84% Dark

This high-percentage bar enjoys zesty notes of raspberries and sweet red fruits with a pleasing astringency on the finish.

Original Beans – Piura Porcelana 75%

Flavours of raspberry, dried prunes, and pecan are sure to shine through in this smooth and vibrant Swiss chocolate.

Willie’s Cacao – Milk Of The Gods

A bar that epitomises the incredible character of Willie Harcourt-Cooze, the man behind Willie’s Cacao. Incredibly creamy, milky and delightfully sweet, this bar just melts on the tongue. A delicious and chocolatey bar it’s wonderful flavours completed by just a hint of caramel.
