This is the first bar in Pump Street’s double origin series, which brings together the fruity warmth of Madgascan beans and the dulce de leche, caramelly notes of the Halen Môn sea salt. The packaging is adorned with a stunning illustration of a mermaid, created by Annabel Pearl, reflecting the connection of the two coastal businesses that have been united in this deliciously moreish bar.

The Nordic Summer Blossom 66% is a seasonal dark chocolate bar inspired by the bright, aromatic flavours of a Scandinavian summer. Original Beans – Piura Porcelana, Dark 75%

This delicately floral dark chocolate has bright highs of raspberry, dried prunes, and pecan. Made in Switzerland from Peruvian beans, this classic Original Beans creation is sure to satisfy with its vibrant intensity, rounded off with roasted notes in a silky smooth melt.
