As an esteemed TV producer, presenter, podcast broadcaster, food writer and best-selling cookbook author – of six books, translated into fourteen languages – this whisk-wielding, innovative gourmet demonstrates her gastronomic prowess while wearing many hats.  She has just produced a new TV series on CHOCOLATE, airing on the Food Network here in the UK (on Discovery Plus and the Food Network, see here) in which Cocoa Runners is featured.

To tell her story, she’s picked six bars and events from Glasgow to Paris, Stockholm to Suffolk, and Austria to Singapore:
