Ceremonial Cacao Experience with Forever Cacao

How will it work?

As well as being Europe’s longest supplier of the finest Ceremonial Grade Criollo Cacao, Pablo has been part of dozens of cacao ceremonies and is a real expert on their benefits. He comments that “drinking Cacao in its purest form allows a deeper connection to ourselves, our own intuition, knowing and inner guidance.”

1. Firstly, we will provide instructions on how to make the ceremonial drinking chocolate (see below for options). There will be concise guidance on the temperature to heat the water to and what to include if required.
2. Next, we will discuss how to get the most out of drinking ceremonial cacao, engaging with the flavours and history behind this sacred drink.
3. We will also be providing a meditative experience: guiding participants with simple mindfulness techniques and how to breathe.
4. Then, there will be a discussion about what can we learn from cacao ceremonies. We will discuss how engaging with rituals, giving thanks, spending time with loved ones, and savouring certain foods is incredibly positive.
5. Finally, there will be a wider discussion on the socioeconomics and history of chocolate. We will also point out what to look for when you buy chocolate.
