This award-winning 72% dark bar from Feitoria do Cacao is spicy and aromatic with stone fruit like apricot and plums. The bar then develops into a clean acidity with hints of green apple and grapefruit.

Zotter – Labooko Nicaragua 50%

This creamy and fragrant milk has a higher cocoa content than most. We were struck by the strong chocolatey flavours of the Nicaraguan cacao, which are complimented by delicate fruit notes. A very well balanced dark milk bar with a good melt.

Pump Street Chocolate – Cookie Chip, Ecuador, Dark Milk 60%

This moreish 60% Cookie Chip bar from Pump Street is made with their very own Pump Street Chocolate Chip cookie dough, baked to a caramelised crisp, and embedded in their Ecuador Dark Milk chocolate.

Pralus – Djakarta, Indonesia, Dark 75%

A smooth and smoky tasting dark chocolate made with beans from Ghana and Indonesia. As the smokiness fades, you’re left with some interesting and unusual floral notes.
