This 45% milk bar from Vinte Vinte has a sweet biscuity, almost gingerbread notes with red fruits, oak wood and rum.

Pump Street – Kekeli, Togo Milk 44%

This creamy milk chocolate honours the natural buttermilk chocolatey flavour of the Togolese beans, whilst offering gentle nutty notes and a maple sweetness.

Zotter – Labooko, Nicaragua, Milk 50%
