Pump Street Chocolate – Brown Bread, Ecuador White 40% (20g)

An intriguing bar to say the least. This bar is one belonging to Pump Street’s bakery series; a chunky, malty amalgamation of homemade brown bread pieces and sweet, toffee-ish white chocolate.

Zotter – Peanut Caramel, Dark 70% (Handscooped)

Whole caramelised peanuts in a homemade peanut praline, perfected with a bit of white chocolate, sitting atop a caramel ganache created from a sublime caramel couverture and caramelised almonds turned into a praline. It’s covered in dark chocolate with a classic 70% cacao content.

Hasnaâ – Idukki, India, Dark 71%

This 71% dark bar from Hasnaâ has tasting notes characteristic of Idukki beans. We were immediately hit with fruity flavours of citrus and pineapple, followed by floral notes, nuts and raisins at the end.

Pump Street Chocolate – Kekeli, Togo Milk 44% 

This mini creamy milk chocolate bar honours the natural buttermilk chocolatey flavour of the Togolese beans, whilst offering gentle nutty notes and a maple sweetness.

Pump Street Chocolate – Cookie Chip, Ecuador, Dark Milk 60% (20g)

This moreish 60% Cookie Chip bar from Pump Street is made with their very own Pump Street Chocolate Chip cookie dough, baked to a caramelised crisp, and embedded in their Ecuador Dark Milk chocolate.
