About the hot chocolate
The West Papuan cocoa in this 70% drinking chocolate gives it a lovely sweet and mildly nutty cocoa flavour, finishing with notes of sour cherry that remains in the mouth as a pleasant aftertaste.
About the maker
After a career at IBM, international jet-setter Chris Brennan briefly retired before deciding to pioneer the making of sourdough and other breads in his idyllic countryside bakery in Orford, Suffolk. Chris decided to delve into crafting award-winning chocolate, along with his daughter Joanna, in their eponymous bakery situated on Pump Street.

The beans for this bar were cultivated at the Ebier Suth Cokran cooperative, based in Ransiki South Manokwari, West Papua.
